Luc Dewalque presents themed weekends at the Auberge du Sabotier. There is a range of packages aimed at enabling you to discover our region in a most amusing and agreeable manner, at the same time enjoying a gastronomic stay.

Of course, our guide and organiser Richard Mignolet can organise different sorts of events for you, specific theme walks, a visit to a particular location, meeting local craftsmen or why not games for young and old alike.

Whether a group or a family, we can always prepare a particular activity.  

This programme combines the above accommodation packages with a series of leisure events organised by us, so that you can take full advantage of your stay and discover our region.

“Braying stags” Stay

  • 4-course regional menu on the evening of arrival,
  • nature discovery walk,
  • lunch in the heart of the forest,
  • 5-course discover menu,
  • nocturnal walk to hear the stags bray,
